هذه مدينة كبيرة.


Read as:


hadhihi madinah kabiratun.


Meaning:


This is a great city.






2) Arabic Text:


السّيارات والحافالات كثيرة هنا



Read as:


alssyarat walhafalat kathirah huna



Meaning:


Many cars and wagons are here.





3) Arabic Text:


هي تجري بسرعة



Read as:


hiya tajri bisura


Meaning:


She is running fast





4) Arabic Text:


يقف الشرطيُّ في وسط المكان



Read as:

yaqifu alshurty fi wasat al-makan

Meaning:

The policeman stands in the middle of the place




5) Arabic Text:


هو يحمل صفّارة



Read as:

huwa yahmilu saffarah


Meaning:


He carries a buzzer



 Arabic Text:


درّاجتي سريعة



Read as:

darrajaty sareeah


Meaning:


My bike is fast



 Arabic Text:


انتبه هناك سيارة تجري بسرعة

Read as:

intabih hunak sayarat tajri bisurah

Meaning:

Be aware there is a car running fast.



6) Arabic Text:


يركب التّلاميذ الدراجات.


Read as:

yurakabu al-talameedh al-darrajaat.


Meaning:

Students ride bicycles.


7) Arabic Text:

الدراجات بعيدة من السّيارات

Read as:

al-daraajat baeedah min al-sayyarat


Meaning:

The bikes are far from the cars

1.Arabic Text:


نحن ذاهبان إلى المحطة


Read as:


Nahnu Zaahibaani ilaa al-mahattah.



Meaning: 

We (two boys-masculine person) are going to the station.






2. Arabic Text:

نحن ذاهبتان إلى البيت.



Read as: nahnu dhahibatan 'iilaa al-bayt.



Meaning:We (two girls (feminine persons))

are going home.




3.Arabic Text:
نحن ذاهبان إلى المدرسة  
Read as:
Nahnu Zaahibaani ilaa al-madrasah

Meaning:

We (two boys-masculine person) are going to the school.



4.Arabic Text: 
نحن ذاهبتان إلى الملعب

Read as:

nahnu dhahibatan 'iilaa al-maláb.

Meaning:

We (two girls (feminine persons))
are going to the playground.





5.Arabic Text:

نحن ذاهبان إلى المسبح 


Read as:


Nahnu Zaahibaani ilaa al-masbah


Meaning:


We (two boys-masculine person) are going to the swimming pool.

نحن ذاهبتان إلى الحديقة


Read as:


nahnu dhahibatan 'iilaa al-hadeeqah.


Meaning:

1.Arabic Text:

هذه مدينة كبيرة وهذا شارع واسع.
 في الشّارع سيارات وحافالت كثيرة.

Read as: Hadhihi madinah kabiratun wahadha shariun wasiun.
Fi al-shari sayyaraat wahafilaat kathiratun.

Meaning: This is a great city and this is a wide street.
In the street there are many cars and buses.





2.Arabic Text:

يقف رجل أعمى قريبا من الشارع يحمل
حقيبة كبيرة. هو يريد عبور الشارع.

Read as:
yaqif rajul 'aemaa qaribaan min alshsharie yahmilhaqibat kabiratin. hu yurid eubur alshaarie.

Meaning: A blind man stands near the street carrying a

Big bag. He wants to cross the street.




3.Arabic Text:

يشاهد الولد الرّجل، يذهب إليه. يحمل
الولد الحقيبة، ويمسك يد الرجل.

Read as:
yushaahid al-waladu al-rajul, yadhhabu ilayhi. yahmilu
al-waldu alhaqibat, wayumsik yad al-rajul.


Meaning:
The boy watches the man, and goes to him.He carries

the bag, and holds the man's hand.




4.Arabic Text:

يقترب الرجل والولد من إشارة المرور.
الضوع أخضر اآلن. السيارات تجري بسرعة.


Read as:
yaqtaribu al-rajul wal waladu min ishaarat al-muroor.al-daww akhdar alaana. alsayaraat tajri bisuratin.

Meaning: The man and the boy approach the traffic signal.

Now the green light is on. Cars are running fast.





5.Arabic Text:

يذهب الولد والرجل إلى مكان المشاة. تقف

السيارات. تعبر الولد والرجل العمى الشارع.


Read as:
yadhhab alwald walrajulu ilaa makaan almushaath. taqifu
alsayaaraat. taburu alwaldu walrajulu ala'maa alshaariy.


Meaning: The boy and the man go to the pedestrian area.The cars stop. The boy and the blind man cross the street.






6.Arabic Text:

يقف الرجل والولد أمام الحافلة . يركب الرجل

ويركب الولد. هما ذاهبان إلى السوق.


Read as:
yaqif alrajulu walwaldu 'amam alhafila . yarakabu alrajulu wa yarkabu alwaldu. huma dhahiban 'iilaa alsooq.


Meaning:
The man and the boy stand in front of the bus.The man is boarding and the boy is boarding (the bus). They are going to market.

السيّارة الحمراء ذاهبة إلى مكّة المكرّمة

Read as:
Al- Sayyarah al-hamraa
Zaahibathun ilaa Makkah a Mukarramah


Meaning: 

The Red car is going to Makkah.




2)Arabic Text:

السيّارة الصفراء ذاهبة إلى الرياض


Read as: 

Al-Sayyarah al-Safraa Zaahibathun ilaa al-riyaadh


Meaning: The Yellow car is going to Riyaadh.



3)Arabic Text:

السيّارة الزرقاء ذاهبة إلى جدّة


Read as:

Al-Sayyarah Al-Zarqaa Zaahibathun ilaa Jiddah.


Meaning: The Blue car is going to Jeddah.




4)Arabic Text:

السيّارة الخضراء ذاهبة إلى المدينة المنورة


Read as: 

Al-Sayyarah al-Khadraa Zaahibathun ilaa Al-madeenah al-munawwarah


Meaning: 

The Green car is going to Madeenah Al-Munawwarah.

Where does the policeman stand?


Arabic Text:

يقف الشرطيّ وسط الشّارع.


Yaqifu al-shurty wasat ash-shary.


The policeman stands in the middle of the street.


3.Arabic Text:

من أين يعبر التلاميذ؟


min ayna yaa'buru al-talaameedhu?


Where do students come from?


Arabic Text:

يعبر التلاميذ من عبور المشاة.


yaa'buru al-talaameedhu min uboor al-mushaat.


The pupils cross the pedestrian crossing.


4.Arabic Text:
هل الضّوّء أحمر الآن؟



hal al-daww ahmar alaan?



Is the light red now?


Arabic Text:
لا، الضّوّء أخضر الآن



La, al-daww akhdar alaan



No, the light is green now
